The instrument is suitable for 690V supply voltage, extremely robust and with a rotating disk to indicate the rotation.
Complies IEC 61010-1 CAT IV 600V / III 1000V and is delivered complete with permanently mounted test cords and 2 crocodile clips in a practically bag.
