Elma Easy-Iso - Squid for insulation tests

When testing insulation on circuits containing electronics, all conductors that leads current, should be linked together during the measurement. This ensures that no potential between the conductors will be present and accidents with electronics and sensitive equipment are avoided. With the new Easy-ISO its now very easy to make these connections and perform the measurements needed. The Easy ISO set consists of four Ø6mm magnetic probes and 4 conductors, which are connected together in a standard 4mm bush. The smart magnetic probes automatically fixes at the measuring point without using tools and without loosening the clamps. Isolation test is carried out on a nonpowered installation. Disconnect RCD breaker and install Easy-ISO on the outlet side of a 4-pole group switch. If all groups are switched on, you can now usually, measure the whole installation at once. Knowing that this method has short-circuited the installation it is important that the Easy-ISO is removed before the voltage is reconnected. Elma Easy ISO comes in a small bag and meets IEC 61010-1 CAT III 1000V.
