Elma DT5500A is a new smart multimeter combined with an insulation tester with superior resolution. The instrument is rugged and fitted with large, easy to read illuminated display with smart analog bar chart.
The multimeter measure AC / DC voltage, resistance and 200mA continuity. The insulation teste has optional test voltages 125, 250, 500 and 1000V, and lockable test function. Elma DT5500A have automatic discharge of capacitive voltage and automatically warns of dangerous voltage if attempting to perform an insulation test on live installations. The instrument has automatic range selection, data hold and min / max measurement.
Elma DT5500A is equipped with integrated rubber protection casing and meets IEC CAT III 1000V / CAT IV 600V. The instrument comes complete in bag incl. test leads, batteries and instructions.
