Elma 6620 Process Multimeter

A process multimeter is an indispensable tool for the electrician or technician working with control and instrumentation, as it combines the common measurement functions of a multimeter with the process calibrator's capabilities to simulate signals and act as a source in passive circuits.

Elma 6620 is a simple process multimeter in a robust and ergonomic design with a backlit display and built-in flashlight.

The measurement functions include true RMS AC voltage and AC voltage with VFC filter for precise measurement on noisy circuits and circuits with variable voltage, DC voltage, resistance/continuity, diode test, frequency, and AC/DC current in mA.

Elma 6620 can simulate signals in both active and passive circuits. In both cases, the 4-20 mA output signal can be set in steps of 25%, and the current can be fine-tuned down to 0.001 mA; the step and ramp functions allow for automatic stepwise or smooth adjustment of the output current. With Elma 6620 as the source, passive circuits can also be subjected to 1-10 VDC or a frequency signal. Elma 6620 also has a Loop power function.

Elma 6620 is delivered ready to use including test leads with test probes, mini alligator clips, batteries, and a manual.
