Elma 43 LAN cable tester is a small and user friendly instrument for fast and easy LAN and COAX cable test. The instrument is able to test patch- and installation cables using the supplied remote unit. Tests continuity, shorts, disconnects, crossed wires and other wrong connections. The test result is displayed using clear LED and it is possible to select loop or remote adaptor test, and manual og auto test. The instrument is supplied ready to use in bag incl. manual, battery, remote and adaptor for RJ45, RJ11 and BNC.

Elma Visual Fiber Laser VFL is a rugged fiber optic light source used for localization of breaks, faulty splicing and damaged plugs on optic fibercables. Perfect for test of continuity and troubleshooting on damaged fibers. Elma VFL injects a bright and clearly visible red laser light in the fiber cable. Simply look at the fiber cable. If you see light there is a damage. Due to the high power 10mW output, the light will be clearly visible, even through the cable insulation. The Elma VFL is applicable in both MM and SM cables. Elma VFL is supplied with 2 setting: Constant light and flashing light. A clever protective cap protects the instrument and ensures that the instrument is not turned on by accident. Elma VFL is provided ready to use in a sleeve with manual. Batteries are not supplied (Find it in the "Accessories" tab.

The instrument is designed to easy and quick, test of LAN cable installations. The instrument can test for short circuits, interruptions, crossed pairs, reversed pairs and split pairs. The instrument is light and handy. Test result is displayed using a 14 segment LED display and 8 LEDs. Cable tester is equipped with a protection circuit that prevents damage to the instrument, if you mistakenly select the telephone instead of the data connector. The Elma Testocom is a smart wire and cable sorting tool, which offers the opportunity to identify 12 wires at once. With multiple transmitters up to 160 wires at once. With Elma Testocom, one employee can identify and mark up multiple wires at once and test for continuity, broken wires, shorts and alike. The instrument consists of two parts. A transmitter and a receiver. With LEDs and digits on the display, the instrument identifies wires. Typically used to identify wires in data, telecom and multiple wire cables. The installation must be deenergized during test. The instrument is delivered incl. test leads with clips.

Elma 46 is a easy and very econimical instrument for fast failure finding on LAN and Coax installations. The right solution for the professional user who wants a little bit more, than "just" test the cable. By one push on the TEST button the instrument will measure cable length and full wiremap (pin connection) with control for both short curcuits, break downs, swithed and splitted pairs. A lot of the above failures can even be tested before you have attached your remote in the opposit end. The result is clearly been shown in the large display. The instrumentet is evenmore able to save up to 100 testsresults in the memory. Elma 46 is together with the numbered remote ID´s, perfect for determination of mismatched cable installations. A row of terminator ID’s is mounted in the patch panel. When the instrument is doing the cable test i the opposit end, it will show which terminator ID it is looking at. Elma 46 is equipped with a safety circuit which protects against telco rings and loop voltages, if it by a failure is connected to an active telephone line.
